I.G. Govt. P.G. College, Tohana previously known as National College Tohana came to the fore when this college was founded by charismatic leader Sardar Harpal Singh on 1st August,1970. This college was taken over by Govt. of Haryana on 14Jan, 1980 which is only affiliated & recognised Degree College within the periphery of 30 km. This year also saw the extension of the New Teaching Block comprising eight rooms which was inaugurated by Hon’ble Agriculture Minister of Haryana Govt. Sardar Paramvir Singh Ji, on 19-03-2013.
