Placement Cell, I.G.Govt. College, Tohana is doing best at its level to assist the students in their career selection, for entrepreneurship development among its students and provide guidance and motivation from time to time to move toward their goal. Varieties of books for competitive exams are provided to students specifically for preparation of UGC, NET, HTET, CAT, SSC, Banking exams etc. Students are motivated to attend the placement fairs. 
In the month of November, 2019 a five days job fair was attended by students in Goverment College, Hisar, from 11 Nov. 2019 to 15 Nov. 2019. Various lecturers have been organized for students from their career perspective as well as motivating them for entrepreneurship. Group Discussions is also organized for interactive discussion among the students for their personality development, communication skills and for making them to discover new ideas and solving problems. Students were also given information about the different schemes of Government from the point of view of their career and education. 
Besides this, a large number of students are making their career in the teaching field.  Lectures are also delivered to help them to crack the NET and Banking exams. Many of the students have cleared that NET exam during their Post-graduation. Some of Our students are also working on reputed posts in government and private sector.
